Do you charge based on telemetry volume?
No. We do not ingest your logs, metrics, or traces. You pay for the control plane.
What counts as a "managed configuration"?
A stored, versioned collector configuration that the platform can assign to collectors and roll out.
What's an "effective config"?
The configuration the collector reports as actually running — useful for catching drift.
Can I use this without remote management?
Yes. Hobby and Team Free are monitor-only by design.
What happens if a collector disconnects?
It keeps running its last effective configuration. We are strictly out-of-band.
Do you support SSO?
Yes, on Enterprise.
What if I need more configs or repos than my plan allows?
Talk to us. Limits exist to keep the lower tiers honest, not to block real work — we'll find a fit.
